The location is very central and convenient (easy to explore the area). I appreciated the proximity to restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly and super helpful with directions. Check-in was quick and easy.
The air conditioning was a bit weak for the hot weather. I did notice some minor wear and tear in the hallway.

I found its central position very convenient. I could quickly reach many attractions from this hotel. It made exploring easy. The air conditioning in my room worked well. It was a great feature.
The gym could use some upgrades. A few machines were out of order.

The reception staff offered helpful advice for local tours, this helped me plan my days effectively. The staff addressed my queries efficiently. I appreciated their readiness to help. They provided extra towels upon request.
